We are looking for a hands-on junior operations specialist with an early-career technical background to support day-to-day technical operations. This is an entry-level role with real ownership, combining practical on-site work with basic technical support and organisation.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, follow clear processes, and gradually grow into independent ownership of operational tasks.
What you will do
Keep equipment, tools, and storage areas organised
You will be responsible of inventory, maintaining documentation and handling stock items.
Handling incoming and outgoing shipping orders
Perform routine maintenance of equipment and workspace improvements.
Update logs and internal documentation
Support internal logistics while keeping and maintaining internal communications and documentation
What we are looking for
Early-career technical background
Enjoys hands-on work and practical problem-solving
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proactive, with a mindset focusing on continuous improvement
Nice to have
Previous experience in a research, industrial or operations environment
Familiarity with inventory or asset-tracking tools
Experience with routine handywork (fixing electrical, plumbing connections)
